In this workshop, we explore the vital intersection between Cast Management and the Story Department—two departments that, when working in harmony, create authentic, emotionally rich storytelling while prioritizing the well-being of participants.

Participants will learn how Cast Management and the Story Department collaborate to build trust, develop meaningful narratives, and ensure that each story is told with integrity, empathy, and responsibility. We’ll uncover how personal experiences are shaped into narrative arcs, the ethical considerations involved, and the systems in place to protect cast members throughout the process.
