This workshop explores how Producers and the Safety Department work in tandem to create a set that is not only efficient and on-budget, but also physically and emotionally safe for cast and crew. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how safety planning, risk assessment, scheduling, and creative decision-making intersect—and how early collaboration leads to stronger outcomes for production and people.
