experience in both programming and developing original content for
broadcast on AMI media platforms.
Based in Vancouver, Sylvi is committed to building partnerships with BC
based producers, content creators with lived disability experience,
accessibility experts, and disability organizations while in a leadership role
for story procurement of original content for a national broadcast company.
A passionate advocate for media accessibility and inclusion she strives to
collaborate with regional production companies to develop meaningful
content that empowers, informs and entertains Canadians living with a
disability.
Sylvi firmly believes that authentic representation of disability must be
reflected onscreen with talent from the community including employment
opportunities for disabled crew members working in a variety of roles within
